• University or college placement file;
• Transcripts (unofficial transcripts are acceptable at this time; however, official transcripts will be required as a condition of employment);
• Three (3) confidential professional reference forms (linked below) that must meet the following conditions:

• These forms must be in addition to any letters you provide from your university/college placement file;
• One form must be from your most recent immediate supervisor. An applicant with only student teaching experience should have one form completed by the supervising teacher and another form completed by the university supervisor.

Our policy is that applicants apply for specific positions as they open. Employment applications on file are not reviewed for subsequent positions unless we are notified in writing before the new posting closes.
